2026 Bridge and Highway Toll Rates in Turkey
As of 2026, toll fees for bridges and highways in Turkey have been determined by the General Directorate of Highways (KGM) based on parameters such as road construction and maintenance costs, wear and tear rates according to vehicle classes, inflation, and exchange rates.
Istanbul’s Three Main Bridges: Current Toll Rates
As of 2026, the 15 July Martyrs’ Bridge and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge (FSM) charge a toll of 59 TL for passenger vehicles. On these bridges, which are operated by the government, tolls are collected only for crossings from Anatolia to Europe; crossings from Europe to Anatolia are free.
The Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, on the other hand, is Istanbul’s third Bosphorus crossing point and features a two-way toll system. Thanks to its integrated structure with the Northern Marmara Highway, this bridge enables heavy vehicles to make transit crossings without entering city traffic.
