Our recruitment processes incorporate a variety of methods, including interviews, assessment and evaluation tools, personality inventories, case studies, and reference checks.
We attract and recruit talent through internal job postings, career portals, talent databases, referrals, and professional consultancy support. High-performing and high-potential university students in their 3rd and 4th years are invited to join our Career Starters Program, a long-term internship that begins every June.
New graduates are evaluated and recruited for entry-level Junior Specialist positions. Applications received through university career events and career portals are reviewed based on departmental needs.

The foundation of our compensation management is built on well-defined job grades established through detailed job evaluations. This process ensures that employee duties and responsibilities are objectively assessed, aligning our compensation practices with both individual career growth and corporate goals.
In addition to achieving business objectives, we focus on enhancing personal development and self-awareness by monitoring the improvement of competencies defined as “expected behavioral standards.”
Through our performance evaluation process, we assess all employees’ job performance, career plans, strengths, development areas, and alignment with corporate values.
Our performance management system ensures the effective cascading of company objectives to every level of the organization. It supports the measurement and rewarding of individual contributions toward achieving these goals while identifying competencies and planning future personal development opportunities.
DRD ’de her çalışanımızın sürekli gelişimini desteklemek, kurum kültürümüzün temel taşlarından biridir. Bu doğrultuda tüm çalışanlarımıza yönelik kişisel gelişim ve mesleki gelişim odaklı eğitim programları sunuyoruz.
Ayrıca, performans değerlendirme sürecinde tespit edilen gelişim alanlarına yönelik kişiselleştirilmiş eğitim planları oluşturarak, öğrenmeyi sürdürülebilir kılmayı hedefliyoruz.
DRD ‘de gelişim; bireyin potansiyelini fark etmesi ve bu potansiyeli en iyi şekilde değerlendirebilmesi için tasarlanmış bir yolculuktur.
DRD’ de yetenek; yalnızca teknik bilgi ve deneyimle değil, yılmazlık, öğrenme çevikliği ve empati gibi temel kişilik özellikleriyle tanımlanır. Kariyer gelişimi tarafında ise açılan tüm pozisyonlar öncelikle iç ilan olarak çalışanlarımızla paylaşılır. Dikey ve yatay geçiş fırsatları sunularak kariyer yolculuklarının farklı yönlerde şekillenmesi desteklenir. Bu süreçler, değerlendirme merkezi (assessment) uygulamaları ile desteklenir ve adil, şeffaf bir şekilde yürütülür.
DRD ‘de yetenek gelişimi ve kariyer yönetimi, bireyin potansiyelini keşfetmesi kadar, bu potansiyelin organizasyonel yapıyla stratejik uyum içinde gelişmesini sağlamak anlamına gelir.
