Contracts are issued in a single copy, and the stamp tax is paid by the LESSOR. However, 50% of the paid amount is invoiced to the LESSEE. DRD manages the process transparently.

Rental periods cannot be extended. The vehicle must be returned on the end date of the contract.If the end date falls on a weekday, return must be made by 5:00 PM. If it falls on a weekend or public holiday, the vehicle must be returned by 5:00 PM on the last working day before that date.

Yes, you can purchase the vehicle at the end of the term at the second-hand sale price determined by DRD.

Yes. A minimum of 5 years of driving license experience is required for long-term leasing.

Vehicles may only be used by employees registered under your company's Social Security (SGK) system. You may not sublease or allow unauthorized drivers.

After the contract is signed, our purchasing department will complete the registration and licensing procedures, and the vehicle will be delivered within approximately 15 business days.If you urgently need a vehicle, we can provide a similar vehicle at discounted rates through our contracted short-term rental partners. Yes. You can easily pick up your vehicle from DRD's authorized dealers and service points across Turkey. Thanks to our wide service network, we offer vehicle delivery in the city of your choice.

In accordance with the contract, only employees registered with Social Security (SGK) under your company are permitted to drive the vehicles. Therefore, vehicles cannot be subleased or used by unauthorized individuals.

Depending on the service agreement, the following services are provided for leased vehicles throughout Turkey:24/7 roadside assistance, maintenance and repair, replacement vehicle provision, tire management, HGS (toll) management, fuel management, reporting, and insurance services.

All inspection fees and vehicle taxes related to your leased vehicle are paid by DRD. There will be no additional charges reflected to you for these services.

Additional equipment is not included in the standard contract or proposal. If you request additional features, they will be quoted separately and invoiced upon installation.

If the repair process takes longer than 24 hours, a replacement vehicle of similar class will be provided to you. This ensures that your business operations continue without disruption.

Insurance coverage will be void in cases outside of General Insurance Terms, such as accidents involving alcohol use, accidents caused by unauthorized drivers (non-SGK employees), or theft of the vehicle while the key is left inside.

First, call the police (dial 155) and file a theft report. Then, notify DRD Fleet Leasing Call Center at 0850 911 1 724. Submit the original and spare keys, vehicle registration, and police report to DRD to initiate the process.

The replacement vehicle has the same insurance coverage as the original leased vehicle.

If the agreed mileage limit is exceeded, an overage fee will be calculated based on the per-kilometer cost defined by the vehicle segment. This fee will be invoiced to you. The excess mileage rate is clearly stated in your offer and rental agreement.

If you return the vehicle early, 50% of the remaining rental amount will be invoiced to you.We recommend determining the appropriate contract duration before starting the lease. For early returns, 50% of the rental payments due from the return date until the contract end date will be invoiced.

In the event of a total loss, invoicing continues until the service provider confirms the total loss status. Once the report is approved, the existing contract becomes void, and the lessee is released from further payment obligations. If a new vehicle is requested, a new contract will be issued, and the process will begin anew.

You can easily have your vehicle serviced at over 1,500 authorized service centers contracted by DRD across Turkey. (You may include a call-to-action such as "Click here to schedule an appointment." if applicable on your website.)

Yes, we securely store your seasonal tires in areas allocated by license plate at our contracted tire service centers. When the seasons change, you can make a service appointment and have your tires changed free of charge.

If the repair process exceeds 24 hours, a replacement vehicle of a similar class will be provided. This way, you won't experience loss of business or time.
