Career Starters Program | Your First Career Step
We offer our interns the chance to discover and develop their talents in a dynamic environment filled with professional training, hands-on projects, and valuable real-world experiences to prepare them for their future careers.
What Awaits You in the Career Starters Program?
- After you apply, we’ll meet to get to know each other, and following the recruitment process, your orientation training will begin.
- From day one, you’ll embark on a comprehensive learning journey through practical experiences and online training programs, including personal development and MS Office courses.
- You’ll have the support of a buddy for 6 months, who will guide you throughout the process and share valuable insights from their own experiences.
- In February and March, you’ll participate in project assignments, turning your theoretical knowledge into practical solutions and discovering new areas for growth.
- Near the end of your internship, you’ll present your project to the management team, freely share your ideas, and receive valuable feedback that will help shape your future development.
- You’ll experience our corporate culture firsthand through executive meetings and social activities with the DRD team, building strong and lasting connections.
- Through the Career Starters Program, you’ll lay the foundation for a powerful professional network that will support you throughout your career journey.
